Top 10 Supply Chain Tech Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st-15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Dray Alliance, developer of a container delivery platform designed to digitize the container trucking industry, was acquired by World Shipping Et Al.

Later Stage VC

    1. Carpool Logistics, operator of an automotive logistics company intended to redefine how vehicles get transported, raised $12 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Wavecrest Growth Partners.
    2. Dexterity, developer of an autonomous robotic technology designed to serve logistics and supply chain companies, raised $95 million of venture funding in a deal led by Sumitomo Corporation Europe and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
    3. Flexport, developer of a freight forwarding platform designed to provide visibility and control over the entire supply chain, raised venture funding from Ensemble Labs.
    4. Odeko, developer of an ordering and supply chain management software designed to assist cafes in reducing waste and increasing sales, raised an 126 million of Series E venture funding led by B Capital with the participation from Red Hook Capital, FJ Labs and Sahin Boydas.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Agency Robotics, developer of a parcel delivery technology designed to optimize the movement of goods and make supply chains more friendly to humans, raised venture funding from MVP Ventures.
    2. Rails, operator of a financial automation platform designed to streamline third-party logistics billing processes, raised venture funding from Dorm Room Fund.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

    1. ISMS Applications, provider of technology-assisted compliance services intended to assist small to medium-sized businesses struggling to keep up with the regulations surrounding compliance, raised $1.67 million of seed funding through a combination of equity and convertible debt from Ruxton Ventures and other investors.
    2. Maple Supply Chain, operator of a logistics and supply chain management firm intended to optimize warehousing and transportation processes, raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from Jiayou International Logistics and Celtic House Asia Partners.
    3. Sayso, developer of a clearance retail platform designed to sell through clearance inventory, raised $4 million of seed funding in a deal led by UP.Partners.
