  1. Cyngn, an industrial autonomous vehicle technology company, received $3.5 million in development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. CargoSprint, developer of digital software intended to serve freight forwarders, cargo facilities, and truckers in the cargo industry, was acquired by Lone View Capital through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

  1. Agility Robotics, developer of bipedal walking robots designed to offer efficient, agile, and robust legged platforms for real-world applications, raised a Series B venture funding from Schaeffler Group USA, Bossa Invest and AJI Capital, and other investors.
  2. Eaze, operator of a cannabis marketplace intended to offer on-demand medical marijuana delivery services, raised $10 million in Series B venture funding.
  3. Hazel Technologies, developer of agricultural and postharvest technologies, raised $8.16 million in venture funding.
  4. HerdDogg, developer of a global herd health and data science platform, raised $5 million in venture funding through a combination of equity and convertible debt.
  5. Orderful, developer of a supply chain network platform designed to provide frictionless transactions, transparency, and data insights, raised $15 million in venture funding in a deal led by NewRoad Capital Partners.
  6. UniUni, developer of a B2B delivery services platform designed to evolve shipping services to meet the needs of e-commerce and logistics industry clients, raised CAD 41.6 million in Series C2 venture funding in a deal led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Early Stage VC

  1. MileBox, developer of a zero-emission urban logistics system designed to offer fleet management system, raised a venture funding from Innovobot.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. Gophr, developer of a delivery technology platform intended for local marketplaces that offer same-day and expedited shipping, joined NOV Supernova Accelerator as a part of new program Cohort.
