  2. Rapid Robotics, industrial automation software and hardware that deploys robotic arms in the factory, was acquired by RobCo on September 9, 2025.

Later Stage VC

  1. Brilliant Smart Home System, smart home automation devices that simplify interactions between all smart devices within a residence or property, raised $9.7 million of venture funding from Almeida Strategic Investments and Tyrod Taylor on September 4, 2025.
  2. Divergent, end-to-end digital production system that improves industrial-scale manufacturing processes, raised $290 million of Series E venture funding through a combination of debt and equity on September 15, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $2060 million.
  3. LightForce, customized three-dimensional printed orthodontic bracket system that delivers patient-specific digital dental treatment, raised venture funding from Dental Innovation Alliance in September 2025.

Early Stage VC

  1. Freespace Robotics, warehouse automation technology that increases the efficiency of goods management, raised venture funding from Matthews Automation Solutions on September 9, 2025.
  2. Intactis Bio, tissue culture equipment that revolutionizes biocomputation and regenerative medicine, raised venture funding from rpv in September 2025.
  3. Verne Robotics, AI-based robot arm that streamlines the labor automation process, raised venture funding from J20 Ventures on September 9, 2025.

Seed Round

  1. Apollo Atomics, nuclear technology for sustainable power, raised pre-seed funding from Genesis Fund in September 2025.
  2. Procense, industrial automation software and hardware for digitizing and optimizing regulated production processes, raised $1.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by HighSage Ventures on September 10, 2025.
