Top 3D Printing and Advanced Manufacturing Capital Raises in the U.S. – April 16th to 31st, 2025

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Fulfilld, developer of business software designed to offer warehouse management services, was acquired by Fídus Global on April 30, 2025.
  2. Markforged, a company that transforms manufacturing with 3D metal and continuous carbon fiber printers capable of producing parts tough enough for the factory floor. intuitive, additive manufacturing platform for modern manufacturers, bringing the power and speed of agile software development to industrial manufacturing, was acquired by Nano Dimension, a subsidiary of Lite-On Technology, for $168.41 million on April 25, 2025.

Later Stage VC

  1. HILOS, operator of a design platform for physical products intended to help designers create directly in 3D (three-dimensional), build custom data-driven workflows, and collaborate in real-time, raised $9.72 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from investors on April 30, 2025.
  2. Harvest CROO Robotics, developer of an AI-driven, robotic, and fully autonomous strawberry harvesting system designed to address labor shortages in agriculture by automating the pick-to-pack process, raised $4.1 million of venture funding from investors on April 30, 2025.
  3. GPMS, developer of a predictive flight health and usage monitoring system designed to monitor fleet health, raised $1.87 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from investors on April 24, 2025.

Early Stage VC

  1. Pattern Labs, developer of robotics-based systems designed for airport ground operations, raised $9.00 million of Series A venture funding from Sixth Form Partners, E12 Venture Capital, and Origin Ventures on April 30, 2025.

Seed Round

  1. P-1 AI, developer of an artificial general engineering intelligence intended to help the human species design physical systems more efficiently and at unprecedented levels of complexity, raised $22.50 million through a combination of Seed funding in a deal led by Radical Ventures on April 28, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $55.5 million.
