- H2Ok Innovations, developer of water quality monitoring technology designed to access sustainable clean water, raised $12.42 million of venture funding from investors on May 15, 2025.

- Recraft, developer of an AI image generator designed to provide automated designing tools for generating and editing vector-based visuals, raised $30 million through a combination of Series B-1, Series B-2 and Series B-3 venture funding in a deal led by Accel on May 5, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $118 million.
- Fortius Metals, manufacturer of wire consumables intended to provide next-generation alloys for large-format metal three-dimensional printing, raised $575,000 of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from investors on May 14, 2025.
- Tutor Intelligence, developer of artificial intelligence cobots designed to perform repeatable tasks in highly industrial environments, raised $48.75 million of venture funding from Timon Capital, Kube VC and Virgo Venture Capital on May 14, 2025.
Seed Round
- Azalea Robotics, developer of a robotic system designed to handle baggage between touchpoints at airports, raised $3.86 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt from Vantage Group, Soma Capital and Zero Infinity Partners on May 7, 2025.
- Molg, developer of circular manufacturing robots designed to offer autonomous assembly and disassembly of sustainable, cost-effective products and devices, raised $4.5 million through the combination of Seed Plus and Seed Plus-1 funding from investors on May 2, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $31.5 million.
