Top AdTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – April 1st to 15th, 2025

Buyout/LBO

  1. GetGloby, developer of translation software designed to connect companies to worldwide audiences, was acquired by MotionPoint, via its financial sponsor Lightview Capital, through an LBO on April 3, 2025.

Later Stage VC

  1. Contxtful, developer of an analytics platform designed to measure human interactions without invading privacy, raised $1.9 million of venture funding in a deal led by NJP Ventures on April 7, 2025.
  2. StreetMetrics, operator of an advertising company intended to combine technology and semi-trailers to provide brands with a native, data-driven touchpoint with consumers, raised $2 million of Series A venture funding from investors on April 7, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $13.4 million.

Early Stage VC

  1. Marketecture, operator of a media platform intended to facilitate informed decision-making in technology purchasing, raised venture funding from Flex Capital in April 2025.

Seed Round

  1. Atomic Elevator, developer of AI-driven tool software designed to streamline operations and enhance client engagement, raised $50,000 of seed funding on April 7, 2025.
