Top Aerospace Capital Raises in the U.S. – June 1st to 15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition
- Edge Autonomy, unmanned aircraft vehicles intended for the government and private companies including the navy and aerospace, was acquired by Redwire for $925 million on June 13, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Impulse Space, aviation and aerospace components designed for economical and last-mile space payload delivery, raised $300 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Linse Capital on June 3, 2025.
- Unmanned Experts, highly focused team of professionals leading the US’s pursuit of technological superiority in the fields of smart autonomy, swarming systems, collaborative robotics, networked communications and Extensible Traffic Management, raised $48,000 of venture funding from investors on June 6, 2025.
Early Stage VC
- AnySignal, radiofrequency technology designed to provide RF tools and analytics products, raised $10.25 million of Series A3 venture funding from investors on June 12, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $59.75 million.
- Muon Space, low Earth orbit satellite designed for intelligence missions, raised $146 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity on June 12, 2025.
- Quantum Space, space platform designed to offer connectivity between Earth and space, raised $57 million of Series A venture funding from Prime Movers Lab, Gaingels and Mana Ventures on June 6, 2025. IBX also participated in the round.
Seed Round
- Aethero, network of orbital computers designed to make getting space data as easy as downloading files from the web, raised $8.32 million through a combination of Seed funding in a deal led by Kindred Ventures on June 10, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $17.99 million.
