  1. MAU Brands, operator of a lifestyle company catering to fashion-forward individuals, received development capital from Red Whale Capital.
Merger/Acquisition and Corporate
  1. Northern Reflections, operator of a fashionable clothing brand intended to offer various brands of clothing and accessories to women, was acquired by Putman Investments through an LBO.
  2. Reebok America, designer and manufacturer of footwear based in the United States, was acquired by Galaxy Universal, via its financial sponsor CFT Capital Partners and Gainline Capital Partners, through an LBO.
  3. True Religion Apparel, designer of craft denim intended to influence and disrupt denim culture, was acquired by ACON Investments through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
  1. Greyson Clothiers, operator of a lifestyle brand intended to offer a fashionable clothing line, raised venture funding from NewBound Venture Capital.
  2. One Golden Thread, operator of a clothing brand intended to provide environmentally-regenerative products, raised $200,000 of venture funding.
  3. Untuckit, manufacturer and retailer of custom-made shirts intended to provide a smart, casual, and comfortable untucked shirt for men and women, raised $13.52 million of venture funding.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
  1. Ida Sports, operator of a footwear company intended to manufacture custom-made sports footwear for women athletes to empower their sports journey, raised $6.08 million of seed funding in a deal led by Kynisca Sports.
  2. Soft Shirts, manufacturer of organic cotton fabrics intended to provide comfortable and sustainable apparel, raised $2 million of seed funding.
