- Jones Soda, develops, produces, markets, and distributes premium beverages, received $1.74 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- BioScision Pharma, cannabis products for rapid-onset delivery, was acquired by TobaGrown.
- Northern Helm, cannabis products for recreational use, was acquired by High Tide for CAD 7.77 million.
- PhytoNatural, cannabis products for pain management and global health, was acquired by Vive Penn and Vireo Growth for $20 million.
Later Stage VC
- Greentank, vaporization hardware for the cannabis industry, raised $20 million of venture funding from AIR.
- Pike, psychedelic and cannabinoid therapeutics that offer safe and effective cannabinoid formulations, raised $760,000 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- CHS SOS, topical support cream that provides cooling relief during nausea episodes and abdominal pain, raised venture funding from The Verleur Group.
- Cúrador, cannabis products for wellness and consumer self-care, raised venture funding from MARSCH Capital.
