Merger/Acquisition
- Instructair, educational software for pilots that allows users to search, compare, and book flight instructors based on their specific training needs, covering various categories including airplanes, rotorcraft, gliders, drones, and more, was acquired by Skyfarer Academy on August 18, 2025.
- One Month, online tutorial platform that helps users to learn to code, was acquired by GoRails on August 15, 2025.
- The Data Science Skool, learning resource portal that supports, supplements and complements academic and practical learning, was acquired by Academik America on August 1, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- EliteGamingLIVE, next-generation education platform that fuses gaming, career exploration, and technical training to prepare students with real-world skills, raised $500,000 of venture funding from investors on July 31, 2025.
- Robo Wunderkind, smartphone-controlled robotic devices for kids to learn coding and robotics, raised $200,000 of venture funding from investors on July 18, 2025.
Early Stage VC
- BridgeCare Technologies, student counseling and coaching platform that helps schools support students’ personal growth while reducing staff burnout, raised venture funding from Exit Quotient Ventures in August 2025.
- Straia, institutional data intelligence platform that accelerates decision-making in education, raised venture funding from Wolf Point Capital in August 2025.
Seed Round
- LifeHikes, development training services that empower everyone to make an impact and perform at their highest potential, raised $10.08 million of seed funding from RTG Capital and other investors on August 4, 2025.
- Wall Street Business Academy Holdings, community-subscription-based software that simplifies complex financial market data for informed decision-making, raised $1.41 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt from investors on August 19, 2025.
