- CNS Cares, home health care services for uranium workers, former coal miners, veterans, and other eligible patients, received development capital from Revelation Partners.
Buyout/LBO
- Hospice of Hope-Tennessee, hospice care services that provide comfort and dignity for terminally ill individuals and support for their families, was acquired by Bristol Hospice through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Upside, housing stability services that support vulnerable members and health plans, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Aquiline Capital Partners.
- Family First Homecare, home healthcare services for children with serious injuries, illnesses, disabilities, or chronic conditions, was acquired by Aveanna Healthcare Holdings for $175.5 million.
- Care Haven Homes, residential memory care and assisted living services for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia, was acquired by Seniorcare Homes.
- Apple Blossom Senior Living, senior living community for senior residential care, was acquired by Legend Senior Living.
- The Grand Healthcare System, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities that provides post-hospitalization and long-term care, was acquired by CareRite Centers for $60 million.
Later Stage VC
- Upside, housing stability services that support vulnerable members and health plans, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Aquiline Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC
- Hera, care management services that help families care for aging parents at home, raised $27 million through a combination of Series A, Series A-1, and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Bain Capital Ventures.
