PIPE
- Eros Resources, engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource properties in North America, received CAD 2.08 million of development capital from investors on April 4, 2025, through a private placement.
- Phillips 66, an independent refiner that owns or holds interest in 11 refineries with a total crude throughput capacity of 1.8 million barrels per day, or mmb/d, at the end of 2024, received $10 million of development capital from Mr. Gregory Goff on April 9, 2025 through a private placement.
- Southern Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company, received CAD 7.17 million of development capital from investors on April 8, 2025 through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition
- Winchester Oil and Gas, operator of oil and gas wells based in Katy, Texas, was acquired by Olenox Energy, a subsidiary of Safe & Green Holdings, on April 8, 2025
- Greenwell Engineering, manufacturer of oil field equipment based in Weatherford, Texas, was acquired by Vertice Oil Tools on April 15, 2025.
- CNOOC Holdings U.S.A., operator of an upstream oil and gas business in the Gulf of Mexico, was acquired by INEOS Group on April 2, 2025.
- EPIC Y-Grade Pipeline, operator of an oil and gas pipeline company intended to offer various pipelines and distribution systems to refiners, petrochemical companies and export markets, was acquired by Phillips 66 for $2.2 billion on April 2, 2025.

Seed Round
- PrePad, developer of an energy management software application designed to optimize the upstream value chain of energy-producing assets, raised $2.8 million of seed funding in a deal led by Devon Energy on April 10, 2025 in a combination of equity and grant.
