Top SpaceTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – July 1st – 31st, 2026

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Astrobotic, a space robotics technology developer that delivers payloads and robotic systems to the lunar surface, acquired by Voyager for $300 million.

Later Stage VC

  1. Venus Aerospace, a hypersonic propulsion systems developer that creates high-speed propulsion technology for aerospace, defense, and aviation applications, raised $91 million through a combination of Debt and Series B-1 and Series B-2 venture funding in a deal led by Mercury Fund.
  2. Antares Nuclear, a transportable microreactor manufacturer that develops resilient power systems for critical infrastructure, defense, and space applications, raised $470 million of Series C venture funding through a combination of debt and equity in a deal led by Caffeinated Capital and Paradigm.
  3. Array Labs, a remote sensing technology developer that uses satellite clusters to create high-resolution three-dimensional models of Earth, raised $21 million of venture funding in a deal led by Mitsubishi Electric.
  4. K2 Space, an aerospace hardware developer that builds satellite buses for defense, commercial, and scientific space operators, raised $500 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by Kleiner Perkins and ICONIQ Capital.

Early Stage VC

  1. NZT Group, a polymer and composite materials developer that creates engineered materials and systems for demanding industrial applications, raised venture funding from Intbox Ventures.
  2. Senra Systems, a wire harness manufacturing platform that uses software to transform assembly tasks into high-throughput production processes, raised $65 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Interlagos Capital and Lowercarbon Capital.

Seed Round

  1. Azora, an optical ground station infrastructure provider that enables secure and scalable spacecraft data transmission using laser communication technology, raised $7.67 million through a combination of Debt, Seed and Seed-1 funding from Wave Function Ventures.
  2. Extellis, a synthetic aperture radar satellite developer that provides Earth observation imagery for infrastructure monitoring and tactical decision-making, raised $6.8 million of seed funding in a deal led by Oval Park Capital.
