  • Alex has top-to-top relationships and access to the C-Suite at a large number of the major retailers, and all major distribution companies in the U.S., with a proven record of managing supply and distribution relationships and building programs with middle management.
  • He takes a customized approach to each brand, seeking opportunities to leverage their strengths with marketplace opportunities.

DANIEL FERNANDEZ, DIRECTOR OF BRAND VALUE

  • Daniel has worked alongside Alex for 8 years and joins the team to manage brand development. Experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverage industry. Skilled in Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Branding, and Strategic Brand Consulting. Strong marketing professional with a master’s degree focused on Advertising from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

 

CASSIDY SANDERSON AND MATT GALLAGHER (SOLVEAMZ LLC), ONLINE SALES & MARKETING:

  • Cassidy and Matt have worked alongside John Gibb in building HighKey’s

INNOVATION AND OPERATIONS

JOHN GIBB, CHAIRMAN:

  • John was formerly CEO of Moon Cheese, and Founder of HighKey Snacks. He brings 30+ years  of  food  and  beverage  innovation,  operations  and manufacturing experience.  While at HighKey, John oversaw all innovation, early-stage operations and retail sales, which created almost $70 million in annual sales in 2022, after just 4 years in-market.
  • John also built a new products pipeline of over 30 different product lines and over 100 skus for HighKey, and worked on developing and commercializing products for large CPG companies like Kellogg and Unilever.
  • HighKey’s partnership with social media influencers also played a significant role in the brand’s development. Most notably, Ryan Reynolds invested in the brand early and helped the brand by developing a persona called Sugar Panda.   • John will also oversee the early-stage financial and bookkeeping aspects of the company with outsourced resources, and with advice from Daniel Lyle (below). This is a role John is comfortable with, having done this at both Moon Cheese and Highkey.

 

TECHI ARANGO, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS:

  • Techi is bilingual, holds a Masters Degree in Commerce & Logistics, and honed her skills and attention to detail working with Japanese multinational, Seiko.

 

 

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

The investment terms are as follows:

An initial investment of $2 million secures a 15% equity share. This early-stage investment acknowledges the inherent risks and demonstrates our appreciation for your pioneering trust in our vision.

A subsequent investment of $2 million, either upon achieving $3 million in revenue or based on an 18-month revenue forecast, will yield an additional 10% equity. This stage represents a solidification of our market presence.

As we reach $9 million in revenue or a 30-month forecast, an additional $2 million investment grants a further 10% equity. This phase signifies our escalating market impact and growth trajectory.

The final tranche involves a $4 million investment upon reaching $20 million in revenue or a 42-month forecast, in exchange for 15% equity. This stage, acknowledging reduced risk and an enhanced company valuation, marks our transition into a mature, market-leading entity.
