STAR HARBOR

Overview

STAR HARBOR is developing a fully comprehensive and publicly accessible spaceflight training facility and R&D campus and is seeking $30M in Series B capital

Based in Colorado, home to the nation’s highest per capita aerospace economy1, the Company will offer unique access to advanced equipment, technology offerings and proprietary, bespoke training programs to enable critical lab-to-orbit™ pathways for emerging technology and human-to-orbit spaceflight certifications

The STAR HARBOR master development campus will span 50+ acres (land purchase secured through Coventry Development) and be completed in multiple phases, with initial business offerings introduced by 2022 and full campus completion by 2026

The Company has already secured 30 signed MOUs estimated to be worth over $350 million in revenue annually

STAR HARBOR is well-positioned to generate positive EBITDA within one year, independent of the construction of the Academy facilities

STAR HARBOR

Opportunity

There are six comprehensive, government sponsored space-focused R&D facilities world-wide (USA/(Houston), Russia, Germany, Japan, India, China)

None of them are open to the public or private industry
